FPCs Addison Pecha Wins Reserve All-Around Cowgirl at WTXC

Freshman Bullrider Wyatt Bowman from Plains City, UT made the 8 second whistle qualifying for the Top 10 Championship Short Round! His score of 78 points placed him 5th in the Long Round & aggregate! The Freshman is a contender to qualify for the College National Finals Rodeo in June! Freshman BenZion Tipton from Middleton, ID roped well in the men's event of team-roping! The Freshman Heeler roped two feet, for a qualifying time into the Championship Short Round, unfortunately his partner caught a barrier resulting in a 10 second penalty.
In the women's events, the FPC ladies took top place finishes! FPC Rodeo Goat-tyers took four out of the Top 10 spots within the event, with alumni taking up a few more! FPC Rodeo Freshman Gracie Anderson from Leonard, TX won the Long Round with a time of 6.3 seconds! FPCs Kendra Deskovick placed 3rd in the Long Round with a time of 6.8, 3rd in the Short Round with a time of 6.4 and finished 3rd in the aggregate. The Freshman from Ramona, CA also sits 3rd in the Caprock Region currently qualifying her for the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper, WY! Joining their teammates in the Top 10 was Sophomore Ashten Stanton from Joshua, TX & Freshman Addison Pecha from Enid, OK! Shoutout to FPC alumni Kaylee Stroud, now attending Texas Tech, for winning 2nd in the Short Round & average!
Freshman Addison Pecha also qualified for the Top 10 Championship Short Round in the Barrel-racing! Placing 6th in the Long Round with a time of 14.20, 5th in the Short Round with a 14.11 and finishing 6th in the aggregate! Addisons combined points in the Barrel-racing & Goat-tying earned her the coveted title of Reserve Women's All-Around Champion!
The Women's Rodeo Team finished 3rd overall!
