The Lady Plainsmen showcased strong teamwork, energy, and resilience, proving once again that they are building momentum early in the season. They were able to beat No. 18-ranked Dodge City, No. 7-ranked Indian Hills, and No. 18-ranked MSU- West Plains, making that 3 wins this weekend against top 20 opponents.
Against Wharton, Frank Phillips controlled the tempo with sharp serving and relentless defense, refusing to give their opponents room to rally. Later, in the battle with Dodge City, the team's composure and attacking firepower as they closed out the night with another convincing performance. These back-to-back wins highlight the depth and determination of this year's squad.
Now riding a four-game win streak, the Lady Plainsmen are looking ahead to their next big challenge. They return home next Sunday to host Trinidad State in what promises to be an exciting matchup.
